The 10th edition of 'Sancharaka Udawa,' Sri Lanka's largest travel and tourism trade fair, begins today at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exposition Centre. The event, organized by SLAITO and supported by SLTPB, aims to revive the industry after a three-year hiatus. It provides a B2B and B2C platform for travel players, featuring a panel discussion and the participation of foreign ambassadors. The University of Colombo is the knowledge partner, and the event expects around 8,000-10,000 visitors. Exhibitors include hotels, restaurants, entertainment services, and transport providers, among others.
